Working Together
Managing procurement is often one of the most time-consuming aspects of an interior design project. Between sourcing, vendor communication, order tracking, lead times, deliveries, and installation coordination, it's easy for operational tasks to pull attention away from design and client relationships.
I help interior designers streamline procurement and project operations by managing the details behind the scenes, allowing them to focus on creative work and growing their business.

My clients are typically people who:
Have active projects and are spending too much time managing procurement, vendors, and logistics
Need a dependable point person but aren't ready to hire in-house
Have established workflows and need someone who can step in, take ownership, and keep projects moving
Value proactive communication and attention to detail
If you're still in the early stages and don't yet have active projects or vendor relationships in place, we may not be the right fit today. However, I'm always happy to have a conversation.

Getting started is straightforward. To hit the ground running, it's helpful to have:
Access to your project management or procurement platform (I regularly work in Programa and can adapt to most systems)
A list of active vendor accounts
A designated point of contact for approvals
A project overview, including scope, timeline, and target installation dates
Your preferred communication method, whether that's email, Slack, text, or whatever works best for your team
My goal from day one is simple: reduce your workload, create clarity, and keep things moving.

One of the most common questions I receive is how purchasing is handled.
I do not purchase on behalf of clients using my own funds. Instead, purchasing typically works in one of two ways:
Direct Vendor Payment
I create and manage purchase orders, coordinate with vendors, and oversee each order through delivery. You review and approve purchase orders before they are placed and pay vendors directly.
Dedicated Purchasing Card
Some clients prefer to provide access to a dedicated purchasing card. In these cases, every charge is tied to an approved purchase order, and detailed records are maintained for complete transparency.
Whichever method you choose, nothing is ordered without approval, and you always have full visibility into project spending.
-
Once we're underway, you can expect:
A streamlined onboarding conversation covering projects, vendors, and systems
Shared tracking tools that provide real-time visibility into order status
Proactive communication and regular updates
Immediate notification of delays, backorders, or issues requiring attention
A single point of contact managing vendor communication on your behalf
The goal is to keep information organized, address issues early, and keep unnecessary follow-up off your plate.
-
I intentionally keep my client roster small to provide focused, responsive support.
I currently offer both retainer and hourly engagements, depending on the level of support your projects require.
Whether you need help managing a single project, support during a particularly busy season, or ongoing procurement oversight, we can find an arrangement that fits.

Clear communication is a big part of how I work.
I'm available by email, phone, text, or Slack, depending on what works best for your team. During onboarding, we'll establish a communication workflow that fits your projects and preferences.
You'll receive proactive updates on order status, vendor communications, and any issues that require attention. If something is delayed, backordered, or needs a decision, you'll hear from me right away.
My goal is to keep information organized, reduce interruptions, and ensure you always know where things stand without having to chase updates or follow up with vendors yourself.
While I do my best to respond quickly, response times may vary outside of standard business hours. If something is time-sensitive, I'll make sure we have a clear process in place for urgent communication.
